BERT MADE ME TRY THE POTATOES. EHH.

THIS HEADLINE WAS DELETED

I had a full post but didn't save it properly and lost it all. So I'm pissed. And you only get this shortened version of a post. Deal with it.

Things that have been really grinding my gears.

1. People who talk about HBO shows as if everyone has HBO. It would cost me $180 a year to get it. Not quite worth it. And not sure why so many people have it.

2. King cakes sell out, at least the good ones, by 1 every day. That's when I wake up. Why can't these places make more? Aren't they in business? Don't they want to make more money? I want to live in a New Orleans where I can buy king cake at night.

3. Weed and same-sex marriage are gaining plenty of steam. Great. But where's the rights for polygamists. I say if you want two wives, you should be able to have two wives. Polygamy! The next civil rights movement!

4. Facebook posts that just link to some stupid list. Tell me about your life, not what some random lazy writer decided were the 50 things every 90s kid will remember.

THE TINA CURSING CORNER

I helped my mom apply for a job at The Palace. Here's what she thought of the ridiculous questions on the application.

"Applying for jobs ain't what it used to be. Now it's fucking like going to work for the CIA."

"This is all fucking lies. Every answer you put was bullshit."

"Doesn't sound like a fucking theatre. Sounds like a fucking office."

BIRTHDAY REDUX

On Friday night, I ate at Crazy Johnnies for the first time. It would have been for my 30th birthday, but they ran out of steak.

Long story short, I didn't like my steak very much.
